Synchrony Bank to creditor of my Amazon Prime Store card reduced my credit limit for not specific reason. I called to inquire about an exact reason relating to this account. I was meat with a lot of opposition by a person by the name of - who claimed she was the person authorized to make a determination on this issue and refused to escalate my call when I ask her to. She did not provide any specific reason for this change in credit limit ( - credit limit to - credit limit ). The account has never been delinquent nor maxed out. - - lead me to believe had the authority to restore my credit limit, but did nothing but re state what state in a letter notifying me of the change in credit. This card and all the other credit cards are current and in good standing. The same credit issues on my account were there when they approved this account. This affects my credit rating, Synchrony did not have a reason for doing this. I see the left enough on the line so that they could automatically recharge my account for the Amazon Prime annual fee.
