Citibank Credit card department,
I paid my Macys Credit card off 2 times - the first time I paid it off in full. The next month they charged me another - - then again the next month. I called and they stated that they would take care of it and pay it off. 8 months later I find out when I checked my credit they never did so. They kept charging my account - - I have had this card since - never had an issue until this year. I have never paid a bill late. Macys never sent me a notice about the account being pass due ever. I had to close the account and Macys still shows my status as Charged off / pass due and account paid. This dropped my credit score from - to -. I read on line that this is happening to a large number of clients. This is deceptive and additional charging to a credit card that has been paid off - if not out right fraud.
