I applied for a WalMart credit card last holiday season after an offer I received in the mail. No big deal I thought but this card is single handedly ruining my credit health ( score ) and taking fees month after the month. I make most of my bill payments online and often the Wal Mart credit card website is not functioning properly. Therefore I can not make a payment as I want, when I want, when I can. I then would either have to mail or locate a store and pay it there which can be a hassle. Month after month I am getting hit with late charges and being reported to credit bureaus. I just want to get this account in good standing and have all the negative reporting removed so it does n't ruin my life anymore than it already has. Please if possible, from a loyal customer to you, please Walmart ( Synchrony Bank ) waive all late fees assessed and remove all negative reporting and I will sign up for automatic payments today to prevent any issues going forward. The balance is approximately $1000.00. and $300.00 are late fees.
