Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account New York

Rushmore Loan Services bought my mortgage about a year ago. Recently I have recieved - notices from - that my taxes have not been paid. I contacted Rushmore and they said to fax the notice. I did and then a month later I recieved another notice from - saying that my taxes are delinquent. I contacted Rushmore again but they were unable to help me.
