Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Wells Fargo decided to terminate the banking relationship with me. At the same time I was charged $400.00 interest fee for a balance transfer of $ - I never initiated. I called wells fargo - times and each time they transfer me in circle between - departments. Customer support transfers me to the fraud department, the fraud department transfers me to the loss prevention, and loss prevention back to the customer support. I was on the phone a full week and no one knows what they are doing
