Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Colorado

FIRST OFF THIS COMPLAINT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY ID THEFT SO E-PERIAN IS NOT TO PUT ANY KIND OF FREEZES ON MY REPORT. EVERY TIME I ASK THEM TO REMOVE AN INQUIRY THAT DID NOT HAVE A PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE THEY WANT TO SAY I ASKED THEM TO PUT A FREEZE ON MY REPORT AND THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM ASKING THEM TO DO. THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF INQUIRIES ON MY ACCOUNT THAT DO NOT HAVE A PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE AND I AM ASKING THAT THEY TAKE THEM OFF AND THEY WILL NOT. THE FOLLOWING INQUIRIES ARE TO BE REMOVED AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE AND E-PERIAN KNOWS THIS. 1. - ON - - - : REASON UNSPECIFIED 2. - - - - - - : REASON UNSPECIFIED 3. - - -/-/- : REASON UNSPECIFIED 4. - - - - - : REASON UNSPECIFIED 5. - - - - : REASON UNSPECIFIED 6. - - -. - - -


occasions about these being removed. Instead of removing them they just say that i requested a security freeze on my account or that i alerted them of ID Theft and that is NOT THE CASE and They are not to put any kind of freezes on my account. I am filing this complaint here because I want a record that I am not asking them to put a freeze on my account but I am asking them to remove the above inquiries because they did not have any permissible purpose as I was never offered nor extended any credit with those companies. On my credit report Experian specifically says we offer credit information about you to those that have a permissible purpose such as preapproved credit, employment, investor potentials, experian consumer assistance, mortgage completion or insurance underwriting. According to my records and research none of the above listed - items meet any of these criteria and I am asking that Experian remove them immediately from my file and DO NOT PUT any freezes on my account as I am NOT asking you to do that and then immediately send me a new updated copy of my credit report.
