On page 3 of 7 ( - ) Fraudulent application Were you required to bring money to the closing? If yes, did you borrow the money? Both boxes clearly indicate that the lender has checked off the NO box. The entire application is fraudulent. Reverse Mortgages must be applied to homes with significant equity. So, as - statement that the loan was used to pay off existing mortgages is questionable. The home was appraised for $300000.00. Plaese refer to the Wells Fargo financial statements found in the attachment provided to the CFPB in response to my prior accusations.
