Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
APR or interest rate California
I was offered a 0 % Balance Transfer by Wells Fargo for 15 months. A few months later, my credit limit was increased without my permission. I was under the impression that the credit increase would also be under the 0 % offer that I originally was given. I noticed a few months later that Wells Fargo was charging me an interest fee for and usage of the credit without my consent or knowledge. I was not informed of this and did not give permission to Wells Fargo to extend my credit with an interest fee. I attempted to fix this issue but was told that I could do nothing about this and was abruptly hung up on when I attempted to fix the issue.
