Citi bank initiated redeem my reward money by check - month ago, I still do not get it.I did contact to them - times during that period. Yesterday I received a letter from Citi it written they do not understand what I request it do request me to send a signed letter. They did start it I did not They know what I want and asking, remember they initiated all this.
