Incorrect information on credit report Public record Washington

I have disputed this several times as it is being listed incorrectly. I have had a very hard time getting information as to why this is on my account. It does not list creditor or who filled complaint with the court. It just says - and a release date of -/-/-. This item is so vaguely listed and has an incorrect release date, considering that this was paid in -. In -, I was notified by - that I owed them money for an over payment of benefits. This was paid in -/-/-, I have attached receipts of payment from -. This account was deleted by both - and - because this account is incorrect and should have never been reported on my credit report. This was clearly paid in - and needs to be updated or removed immediately. I am being denied a mortgage because of this incorrect item.
