Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report New York

I requested a copy of my credit report from Equifax on-line, but could not get it, so I mailed in a paper request with the required documentation. In -/-/- Equifax contacted me and said they needed - document from each of - categories. On -/-/- I wrote back that I had already provided - document from each category. Then they never wrote back and never sent me a copy of my credit report. I am a victim of identity theft, so I need access to my credit report to make sure it does not contain incorrect information.
