Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Georgia

I sent a direct dispute to - about a card that is on my credit file. - sent me a letter stating that the delinquent account would be removed from my credit files within 30 days. However, it is still on my Equifax report. Therefore, I sent a dispute to Equifax along with the letter from - showing where they stated the removal of the account from my credit file and Equifax still refuses to remove it off of my credit.
