Incorrect information on credit report Account status Washington

This account is being reported as - days late and is showing as delinquent on my credit reports. The payment history on this account is being reported incorrectly and NOT BEING REPORTED FAIRLY. I was laid off in -/-/2009. With no job or income, I stopped paying on my credit accounts. The last payment on this account was in -/-/2009. You can clearly see on the attached info from Equifax that the payment status switched to - in -/-/2009. This account went into default and was transferred to - - Higher Education. This does not constitute a payment and this account is being reported past the - year threshold for showing on a credit report and should be deleted. I have disputed this several times with the credit agencies and I have written to - on several times as well and this is still being reported incorrectly on my credit report and is stopping me from getting a mortgage. If this is not deleted then the account payment history needs to be updated and merged with my student loan account with -. When I defaulted on my student loan, I had - account, I now have - accounts on my credit reports and - are showing as delinquent. This is not fair to me and does not accurately reflect my payment history with my student loans. Please delete this account immediately from my credit reports.
