Incorrect information on credit report Public record California
Equifax is reporting the wrong filing date on my Chapter - Bankruptcy Case # -. My report show I filed - which is impossible because there is no such date. I filed -/-/- which is over 7 years ago which means it should not be reporting on my credit report anymore. Equifax is still reporting this BK on my report with inaccurate Dates. Please ask them to report the correct date. Thank you - -
