Citibank Credit card department,
I recently received a notice from a collection agency that said I had an outstanding balance on my Macy 's Credit Card. I have not used this card for in over a year and have always paid the balance. When I contacted the company they informed me that they did not have the correct address or phone number for my account. Although the Collection Agency did not have any problem finding my address. I told them that I had move over 6 years prior. I have never received any notification from the company that there was a balance of $ - was on my card since - 2015. They now say I owe them $250.00 in late fees and interest. They indicated that they never received the billings that were sent back. I did not receive any billing or I gladly would have paid the $37.00 which I offered to do in my letter that was sent as a dispute. They denied my dispute and say I still owe them for a bill I never received. Citibank has not been reasonable in trying to resolve my issue.
