Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Georgia

I have two items on my credit report with Equifax that I attempted to dispute in -. I never received any notification on the status of this dispute. Today I called and was transferred to 3 different representatives and received absolutely no information on the status for the resolution of this dispute. Ask them what evidence or information they had to provide me with an order to show that this was my account or my claim and they can not find me with anything I 'd like to make a complaint against Equifax as I do not have any justification as to why this is on my credit bureau. These items are not appear on my - credit report and this is negatively affecting me.
