Citibank Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card North Carolina
- had sent out - cards which I did not want and destroyed. The card was never activated. I received a bill for my - membership on the card today. I had to call Citibank and be detained on the phone through - representatives to get the card cancelled. I am very upset that this card was activated without my permission. I was also told I should call back to make sure the my account was cancelled. This is wrong that a I have to spend my time jumping through hoops for a card that was opened without my authorization.
