This is a continuation of - # - As of yesterday I received a letter from Wells Fargo stating that we said the consumer never provided services. This is NOT what was to them and this NOT what was sent in WRITING to them as well. It stated for me to call - - - - in this letter they sent me and to speak to a - person - for further questions and assistance. Called yesterday twice was told I would have a returned call by the end of the business day this did not happen. I called again this morning not at her desk. Nobody is willing to help us she does not return phone calls. We opened a business account at Wells Fargo, We used our debt card with - logo for a purchase that turned out to be fraudulent. We received notice from them stating it was fraudulent. Then we were told our business account was opened incorrectly, and we had to open a new account. About 1 month after we were told that it was deemed fraud they came back and said it was n't. I talked to - customer services, and their visa department got absolutely no where.
