I went into a wells Fargo branch to open a bank account and credit card. The wells fargo banker kept pushing to sign me up for a cash wise credit card. I TOLD HIM I DO NOT WANT THE CASH WISE CARD. I wanted the signature rewards card. after we were done he said he signed me up for the cash wise card but I can switch the card after I get it. I made a whole commotion and started yelling at the banker until the branch manager came and said that after I receive the card I can call up and switch the card. I got th card today and called up and they refuse to switch the card.
