Citibank Credit card department,
I have an open case against Citibank re : a - closed account. Seems Citi has been increasing the total balance due, and refuses like most banks to give the balance once the agreed monthly payment has been deducted. In addition in - - they claim I was - ( now more ) days past due since - -. My original opened CFPB case number is -. Also case - is Cit 's response that they have to do a 60 day review. Since ( in the US as well as the world ) Citi has been caught in malfeasant activities as in my case not properly applying my $70.00 ACH and increasing the balance owed, I will temporarily put a stop on my monthly ACH payments. Once the matter has been resolved I want to settle.It 's only fair! As in my now closed case against Citi # -, losing payments, alleging they applied to this closed credit card account ( when the account numbers were written on the checks/money orders ) and calling me a " liar '', they are again exhibiting the same behavior. I will call the Citi - on Monday -.
