Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Michigan

The reason I am filing a complaint against Equifax is because they have ignored my request to provide me with the documents they have on file to verify the account I disputed. Being that the 30 day period has expired without any verification of the account, It should be promptly deleted from my credit report as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ). Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
