Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

I used to live at - -, - -, Tx - and i - on -/-/-.I had to vacate my apartment and break my lease because i have to go for - and -. My - started -/-/- and ended -/-/-.I then proceeded to the -. I got out of - -/-/-.I relocated to -, Texas -/-/-.I got an apartment in -, Texas and during background check, they discovered i was owing - $ -.I called the manager at - - and she told me that, I incurred a debt of $110.00 because they spent it to clean my apartment unit after i moved out.I asked her about my security deposit and she told me that, i have forfeited that because i moved out without completing my lease agreement.I explained to her that i broke the lease because i had to go for my basic training and i submitted all necessary papers.The apartment manager said she is aware of that but it was their policies to hold on to the security deposit.She then told me that my debt has been given to an external creditor.I called the external creditor instantly and paid the debt.The external creditor ; - - - - ( Phone Number - - - ) closed my account after payment but the left it on my record.My problem is that this debt appears on my credit report anytime my rental history is pulled up and prevent me from getting an apartment unit.I was on a - and i should not incur this debt in the first place.I will be grateful if this particular record is removed from my credit report.I dispute the validity of the debt and actions taken by the Management of the - and -.Please find attached document showing details of my schedule and program for my -.
