Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Missouri

I have payed my - bank credit card down to - and Credit Karma still says its at -. Ive cancelled my - bank credit cart and Credit Karma still says that the card is open and valid. The information on my credit report is updated according to Credit Karma and is rarely accurate. This is partially effecting my credit score.
