Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Nevada
- - was the rental company responsible for an apartment that I lived in for 9 years. For 8 years, they came in inspected the apartment, and said it was in great condition, the last 4 years giving me a coupon to clean the carpets, no painting. - - -, a collection agency, my only debt in collections both on Equifax & -, and - feels its a debt. I do not believe it is correct, have no intent to pay. Ovation turns the file over for collections within 30 days, so their reply to the dispute is that the debt is correct and National collections agree. Money in their pocket too. They created an invoice & mailed it to me, for the way and situation, I left the apartment in.
for bringing in heavy exhaust equipment to get rid of the smoke. How about not painting for all those years. Prior to issuing the dispute, I went to the complex " - '' to see the manager. Tried to make sense. All she told me was that when she filled out the paperwork, she did not bother to look in the file for my advisement to them of my termination. I did turn in a notice, 1 week late. Including a notification to them from our doctor, stating that my mother could no longer live alone. For that they are charging me 1 months rent and endless fees. Plus whatever else they wanted to make up. I can tell you that my mother lived in the complex also, they accepted her letter and let her out of the lease. However, I handled all paperwork for both of us, they sent her a bill also for destructive things, - yrs. old, had done to the apartment. I sent them a letter with a copy of her original lease showing that ALL the items were on the move in paperwork to be repaired. Of course, they never did them. Turned over to - - again instantly, I stopped fighting them, - would not reply. My - passed away. End of issue. Another neighbor, was charge, like myself, thousands, again for made up lies. He got an attorney. He sent him to the Renter 's Legal Board. Subsequently he wrote them a letter, stating who he had been talking to, and the fact, that they took over his garage, prior to the end of his garage lease and threw away all his things. He reassured them if they kept up the lie, that he would take it further. They dropped the charges. - - has it down to a science, they bill everyone that moves out. Most of the time they get paid, so why should they answer truthfully, change the way they handle move outs, or continue to make the extra money for false statements that others just want to get out of their way. Six more years, before it falls off. The Credit Reporting Agencies should have exceptions to the rules. Especially, when medical reasons are given by physicians. I am between a rock and a hard place, is there anything u can do so that the debt does not count against my score. Six years more. PLEASE HELP! These people have too much power. This is the first time I have been given the opportunity to tell my side. This is very very unfair! PLEASE HELP!
