Byrider Franchising, LLC Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Ohio
On -/-/-, I went to the payment office at JD Byrider at -, ohio -. I have been a paying customer there for 3 years, I am purchasing 2005, chev cavalier. ( my payment was refused ) The total amount of my loan was $12000.00 plus mis fees and interest. My loan is now under $2500.00. At this time I have been making double payments due to some missed payments in the past. The contract is written to pay $180.00 biweekly. For the past several payments I have paid $360.00 every 2 wks to get caught up. This day on -/-/- I only had $300.00 to pay, however, my payment was refused all together, I was asked where is the car they are coming to repo it. Due to the fact I have been making double payments in the past no payment no matter what amount I have should be refused. I said so you are refusing my payment and the lady said yes we are reposing the vehicle. Since I have purchased another vehicle, I am making 2 car payments a month totaling over $600.00. The reason I still have the car from jd byrider is because it is not worth what is owed and when I purchased my new car they would not take my car as trade in they stated not worth the hassle.
