On - -, 2016, I noticed a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I called Wells Fargo to notify them of this issue, and the agents I spoke with refused to assist me. I had recently been through more than 100 phone calls in an effort to resolve fraud shutdown issues with my card, and was met with a lot of resistance. Moving forward, there have been numerous more fraudulent charges to my account. I 've made more than a dozen phone calls, and sent several messages, in an effort to resolve these fraud issues. In lieu of resolving the fraud issues, Wells Fargo closed my accounts. I am unable to receive any assistance from them anymore. On -/-/2016, I met with - in the - branch, and she confiscated my cards while I was there.
