Citibank Credit card department,
I have had a Best Buy Credit Card with Citibank for years. I did fall behind but caught up and have been making monthly payments on this account, trying to pay it off. Citibank continues to charge a $59.00 annual fee and over the limit fees each month to my card. I have called them and requested they cancel the card. They are now calling me day and night, not leaving messages, just calling, letting the answering machine catch the call, then hang up, sometimes - 4 times in a row. This has become harassment. They even call on Sundays all day. I was in a car accident in -, 2016 which left me -. I am still working as much as I can to pay off my bills but have missed a lot of time at work and therefore limited pay. ( letter attached )
