Improper use of my credit report report improperly shared by crc
Experian Credit reporting department,
Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Oregon
The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), and Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) requires credit reporting agencies to verify all accounts posted on a credit report or delete the credit report. The FCRA requires verification by the credit reporting agency actually holding the original signed consumer contract and providing a copy of that contract upon request. I have requested verification by Experian ( 4 notarized letters by certified mail ) and Experian has ignored my request. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed. Experian 's failure to verify means my accounts must be removed from their database, which Experian refuses to do. Please have Experian comply with the FCRA and either provide the verification or delete unverified information from my consumer file.
