The Regional Adjustment Bureau, out of -, TN has apparently taken over a debt that is in dispute. In an attempt to collect on this bill, they have called me, my employer, my adult son, and who knows who else. I have asked them to stop. I told the collections agent that I am disputing the debt. He continues to harass and try various methods to collect. He told me that I HAD to talk to him, that I had to DEAL with it. I do n't even know what the charges are supposed to be for. I believe that it is from a - account that I cancelled and - continued to bill. I requested multiple times to have them send an explanation for the debt, so I could verify and document what it was for, but I have yet to receive it. I have disputed it on my credit report. I have 100 % on time payment record. There is no call for this kind of action. I would like it to stop.
