Sometime in -/-/- a pdf file was available for download stating account had been " verifie '' Account balance updated etc. NOT ONCE did I receive any documentation that this account was indeed mine. I had several other student loans never once any from -. I STILL have no proof either from creditor OR Equifax showing this account was MINE or that the reported credit information was reported accurately. The next step is to file suit against BOTH - AND Equifax for multiple FCRA violations. In addition, I understand that - had several violations and a settlement to the government of payments are forthcoming ( Also attached -. IF any is passed to consumer, this would be a valid claim.
