Federal student loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Florida

In addition to the disputes currently on record and filed with the FTC pertaining to the identity theft and the opening of accounts using my personal information. It was recently brought to my attention that there is a further account opened without my knowledge or authorization and i ask for information regarding the opening of this account and what details where used to verify the applicant. Please see the attached affidavit pertaining to the ongoing report.
