I ordered a free ( $1.00 ) credit report from and they signed me up for a service, charging me $19.00 after 7 days. The confirmation email has no mention of a service or receipt of agreement to pay for a service. They tried to cancel it after the charge went through to keep me for a month, but I told them to cancel it immediately and refund me. They said I would be refunded, but this is not how credit reporting agencies should work. This feels like a scam and they 're hoping most people wo n't notice.
