Citibank Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card Oklahoma
I signed up for a Sears Store card and rejected the other offers. Approximately one year later I received a Sears Master card in the mail - I did not act on it. I went to the Sears Store to make a purchase/payment and was told I could not use my Sears Store card. I had to find the Sears Master Card in order to call Sears/Citibank. I was told my Store card was switched to a Master card because I did not opt out when the Master card was sent to me. I began using to Master Card thinking it was just a regular card. I recently went to the Store and was offered a new store card which infuriated me because I feel like I was tricked into taking the Master Card that I DID N'T want in the first place. Today -/-/2016 I received a call from Citibank asking me to pay more on my card because the - dollars I paid before it was due was not enough ( -. ) I was told that the payments fluctuate based on the amount owed. Now I feel like I have been the target of predatory lending.
