Experian Credit reporting department,
Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Florida
I reviewed a copy of my credit report last summer and - - of - was allowed by Experian to access my credit in the form of a hard inquiry without my permission on -/-/2016. I was not aware of, nor did I ever authorize such action in written or verbal form in -, as I purchased my car in - of 2016. Also, my car is not financed through - - of -. This constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 604 as well as a violation of my rights to privacy. I contacted - - of - who conducted the inquiry immediately after noticing the issue in - of 2016 and asked them to remove the latest credit inquiry from my credit profile, as they had no permissible purpose to access my credit. - - the General Sales Manager agreed to have the inquiry removed, but is now unresponsive to several calls and voicemails. I have also asked my State 's Attorney 's office to investigate this company as this it 's clear that this company as well as Experian is violating federal law with no regard for consumers. I am disputing this item that needs to be deleted and I am requesting an updated copy of my credit report, which should be sent to the address listed in this complaint.
