Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay West Virginia

We have submitted numerous complaints concerning Wells Fargo Auto Finance. They repossessed our vehicle in -/-/- while my husband was stationed in -, CO. He was protected under the -. While they acknowledge that our interest rate was reduced because of that, they claim they did n't receive orders. They received his orders prior to our interest rate being reduced because that was the proof that we were protected under -. If I did not supply his orders, they would n't have reduced our payment. They claim they only charged off our vehicle and did not reposess it. They are claiming that it may have been stolen. However, I specifically recall getting the amount they recovered from auction for our vehicle. The - number is -. Wells Fargo was guilty of taking soldiers - and had to pay them for this. They are guilty of fraud and somehow they are still trying to get away with it. They did not try to help us out when we became late on payments. They simply state that the - does n't protect soldiers when their vehicle is " charged off ''. I believe they are withholding information entitling is for reimbursement due to illegally repossessing our vehicle.
