Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Michigan
I disputed an account - - - with Equifax and asked them to delete the account due to improper reporting. I also requested documentation showing details about the - account. Equifax simply responded stating that the debt was valid and never send me any of the documentation I requested. I believe I received an auto-generated response, and no one actually reviewed the explicit instructions I gave in my dispute. I would like Equifax to delete the - tradeline from my credit report for their failure to perform a full investigation, followed up with documentation, as per my request. Thank you for your time in investigating this matter.
