Between the time of - and - ( - - - ) on -/-/2016, I received a call from the phone number -. I spoke to a lady there. She did not give a clear description on who she was calling regarding. She told me that my credit card was n't going through, etc. I was transferred to her supervisor. Her supervisor told me that he could not take half of the payment after I offered to pay half. He said I was " calling his bluff. '' He raised his voice and said " - wants this NOW '' and " you can not pay half. '' period. You owe a debt. you pay it. I informed him the line was recorded. He said, " I know the line is recorded. I am not stupid. '' I told him I was going to report him verbally abusing me and harrassing me. He said he didnt care. He was very verbally abusive. He said many more things and was raising his voice at me and yelled at me saying I had to pay the whole amount. I called back in around - -, I spoke to another person who said that the supervisor was lying to me and she could take half of the payment. She gladly took half of the balance that I owed as a payment. The supervisor harassed me and bullied me. He also practiced deceptive collection practices, which is completely illegal. Please take care of this issue. I was on the phone in tears after my phone call with them. I did not get the name of the agency when they called, I 'm sorry, but that is their phone number.
