Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois
To whom it may concern, I '' m filing this complaint against a CitiMortgage, in the hopes that you will assist us in resolving this matter. I have been in the process of selling my home for the last two months and on - - I spoke to -, in customer service, and requested that ALL Electronic Fund Transfers of my mortgage payment be suspended. - confirmed that there would be NO DEDUCTION for - or -. On or about - -, Citibank, did deduct the $1600.00 per month mortgage payment. I spoke with - on - - about this and was told that the funds would be replaced and that once again - EFT payment will be suspended. This morning, I was notified by CitiMortgage, that my - mortgage payment was taken again and that I have overdrafted my account. Not only is this causing serious financial issues with me, but it 's also causing a tremendous amount of -. I 'm asking for your assistance here in dealing with this matter once and for all.
