Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute California

I have submitted several disputes for inaccuracies on my report. As of today, Neither Equifax nor the collection agency have provided me with any documentation as requested to validate the debt. I filed a previous complaint about the collection agency who admits to not have responded timely after receiving my dispute. They claimed to have flagged it as disputed but yet I have credit reports that are attached and show otherwise.
