Citibank Credit card department,
On -/-/2016, I made a payment on my - - Citibank - for $2000.00 from my - Checking account. The credit was applied to the credit card acct and the money was deducted from my checking account. Later the money was added back to my credit card stating that the payment was rejected by - how ever the money was never returned to my checking account. Following a three way call between both banks - was able to provide an ACH Fed Trace number showing that they had given the funds to Citibank on -/-/2016. I have requested numerous investigations by both banks and both says the other has the $2000.00. At this time the payment has not be applied to the account and the money has not been returned to my checking account.
