Contacted by my my mortgage company, Nationstar Mortgage that I was eligible for a recast of mortgage due to paying HARP refi on time for 6 years back in -/-/-. Since that time, I have been told repeatedly that all was in order. Then when I pay the new amount, they keep saying I am denied and owe more money. This has happened 3 times! What can I do?
