Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

I am submitting this complaint to help a loved one and other consumers who are in need of repairing their credit after a divorce or because they do not have any credit established because they paid cash for purchases and never obtained a credit card. My complaint is this. Why is our ability to pay our rent ( which is as much as 2 months of my house mortgage ), utility bills and credit union loans in a timely manner not included as good accounts on our credit reports but get a divorce, move and someone neglect to return a component to - and you find yourself with a 7 year negative account listed on your credit report? Also, on one of these government websites, ( it may be this one ) I read a " Special Note to Women '' regarding repairing their credit after a divorce ... no offense but what about the many many men who end up in divorce and after the divorce is finalized is stuck paying for things they had no idea even existed ( as is the story with the - ), or was deviously charged after the fact, or found that their social security number was used to make other purchases they were unaware of, then find they ca n't even get a decent deal on car or motorcycle insurance? These are just a few things in question. It just seems to me that the people who run their lives using credit cards as securing their purchases and not insuring their automobiles make out and us normal everyday people who try everyday to do the right thing pay for it. I could really use some direction on how to help my loved one and others. I look forward to your response and thank you in advance to taking the time to consider my complaint.
