I have been a customer of wells fargo/Wachovia for over 15 years and I have recently noticed many unfair practices by wells fargo. That has resulted in over $800.00 worth of overdraft fees, in just the past 2 years as a customer. I have previous complained about my fees, which resulted in a $200.00 refund of my fees, however since then this practices have not stopped. I have even since been charge additional $100.00 in overdraft fees with the most recently being completely unfair. My previous complaint surfaced issues regarding Wells Fargo and their " holding '' of transactions. Wells Fargo is not ( no longer ) my main banking, so I deposit money into this account as payments post. However for the past two years ( could be longer ) I have noticed that Wells Fargo will HOLD my transaction until late in the evening. For example, my purchases would not post to my account until - -. Which is completely different from how - - - and - handles their checking accounts. Just recently on - this same situation happen, I went to the ATM at - deposit $100.00 CASH to cover a - $35.00 fee. This morning I have a overdraft fee of $35.00. How is this possible if cash posts same day? At this point I am requesting a FULL refund of my overdraft fees for two years of my 15 years of membership.
