Citibank Credit card department,
Since -/-/2016, I have had issues with - merchants for services/products not received. I disputed the charges on multiple occasions to have them reversed. I also submitted documentation to the fact. CitiBank has willfully neglected the information I have provided and allowed by account to go into a state of applying credits to disputed items. I requested my account closed on several occasions and was denied.
