Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

i purchased a vehicle from - on -/-/2016 and i am currently having mechanical issues with the vehicle and the - party agency - that they use to provide warranty protection to customers is refusing to help with an issues that is " covered '' under warranty. they have already forced me to pay for a diagnostic test that was done at - when they should 've covered that as well. there is no reason a customer should have to pay for any repairs if the car is so called " under warrant ''. i am very dissatisfied with this whole exp erience and wish to have nothing else to do with them. The loan itself is preda tory anyway and should not be legal. I am very unhappy with how i am being treated as a customer.
