This Bureau chooses to report incorrect information as well as fails to send reports in a timely manner. This Bureau will even report information differently to you than it does with the creditor you applied with. Sadly you file a Dispute and it does nothing more than update inaccurate information with Court documents. Rather than remove it, Equifax takes the stance with the inaccurate reporter.
