Amex Credit card department,
I am dissatisfied with American Express. My issue is that - - delivered to me a defective sectional sofa. Also, after countless attempts to resolve the issue with them, I tried working with American Express to be my advocate, as I am a long standing customer of theirs. I have had - billing disputes with American Express and they have not resolved this issue for me. Please note that American Express does not seem to want to fight for me as their customer. They do not read all of the documents that I have submitted to them explaining my issue.
