I have disputed these accounts several times with Equifax and they always say that they are verified. How can they verify the accounts when the company ( - ) reporting them ca n't verify them. I sent the company a letter asking them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to provide me with the following : 1. what the money you say I owe is for, 2. explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe,3. provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay you what you say I owe you, 4. identify the original creditor, 5. show me that you are licensed to collect in my state ; and provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent. That company could n't provide me with anything. So, I request that Equifax remove all these accounts : - from my file permanently and all credit inquiries.
