Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Mississippi

I had a collection account that has been constantly reported by multiple agencies and removed each time I have submitted a dispute, as it is incorrect. The information was recently reinserted under - , - . When I noticed, I disputed the issue, but Equifax has left it on my credit report. Most recently it was reported by - - - out of -, MS , and was very quickly removed when I disputed it on the report. Now, like I said, it is showing up under -, from whom I did not receive notification nor had an opportunity to ask for verification. However, the previous companies could not verify the information when I requested it, so I am simply looking to have this erroneous information removed.
