Citibank Credit card department,
Citi calls me a minimum of three times a day, every single day. This includes weekends. I have told them that I will pay on a certain date, but they still call. They will call as early as - to -. I work a different schedule than most and it affects my sleep. I now have my ringtone on silent. I do not answer my phone anymore. I 've told those close to me to send me a text message and I will call them right back because I am now having -. Often when I have talked to them, I will tell them my situation and say I ca n't pay anything right now and am often negative in my checking account, legitimately. Then will say they understand, but ask if I can make a certain payment amount that is still high. I then have to repeat, I can barely feed myself and am borrowing money from other people.
